>> welcome back the breast walk continues. >> reporter: in the next 15- 20 minutes organizers say that there are plenty of participants. they have nearly 300 spectators and participants many people from coming of over from across the world. this began through fort mason and through the streets of san francisco and they will take a break and then another 30 mi. tomorrow! to raise awareness for breast cancer. --13 miles

el cerrito police have arrested one of two suspects who were caught on home security camera breaking into a home on cutting boulevard. the suspect in custody seen here wearing a black he turns his face towards the camera before smashing it. officers make a positive i- d. police think these two suspects may be responsible for other break-ins in the area. el cerrito police also saying that daytime home buglaries like this one are not that uncommon. in fact they are up thirty percent from the same time last year. >> a longtime san francisco family is fighting to keep their 700 dollar a month apartment after the new owner decided to remodel the now, the sheriff's department is getting involved. kron four's charles clifford reports the family is getting legal help. >> reporter: on thursday afternoon gum gee lee who doesn't speak english, said through an interpreter that she, her husband poon heung lee and their daughter, are being evicted from their apartment here in the 1500 block of jackson street in san francisco and that they haven't found a new place to move to the lee's have lived here

for 34 years and are now the last tenants in the three unit building. the previous owners sold the property and the new owners want to remodel the apartments.

the law has hit low income families hard. as for the lee's, the san francisco sheriff's department has given the family another week to move out. after that, their future is up in the air. in san francisco, charles clifford kron 4 news. >> now its important to note. the family is paying rent considerably under market value. a s-f chronicle report shows the family pays a little over 700 dollars a month for a three bedroom apartment. other apartments in that area start at two thousand dollars a month. the building owner has also agreed to pay the family 22- thousand dollars in relocation costs as required by state law. the berkeley high school swimming pool is temporarily shutdown because of hazardous conditions. some parents complained that students were losing hair on their bodies due to the water's higher than normal p - h levels. the high's school's spokesperson says the reports of hair falling out
